- Ordering Products
6.1. Before placing an order for a product through the website, you must check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by any conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
6.2. The product details, information, ingredients, nutritional guides and dietary/allergy advice may change from time to time. Therefore, you should read the label on the products you purchase before use, rather than relying on any information provided on the website.
- Product Pricing and Pay
7.1. Errors may occur in the process of providing product and pricing information on the website. We cannot confirm the price of a product until after ordering. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
7.2. If the Website accepts your order, the amount of the order will be debited to your credit/debit card account and notified to you by email. The payment may be processed prior to our dispatch of the order. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the amount of the payment will be reversed back to your credit/debit card account.
7.3. For various reasons, online prices will not always be the same as in-store prices.
7.4. The price of a product does not include the delivery charge, which will depend on the delivery method you choose and will be added during checkout.
7.5. There may be charges for minimum order and an extra amount will be charged for cash-on-delivery.
- Availability of Products
8.1. All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable).
8.2. In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We also reserve the right to prohibit sales to dealers and resellers.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever (including, for example, quantity limitations, errors in product descriptions or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud team). Additional verifications or information may be requested before accepting any order.
9.2. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
10.1. Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. At the point of delivery, you will need to verify your identity by producing an original labour card, passport, driving license, emirates ID or Free Zone ID.
10.2. While we make considerable effort to deliver all products within 2 to 8 days of the date of the order, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
10.3. Once the order leaves our logistics center, you will be notified and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are present at the delivery address at the time of delivery. If the address you provided is incorrect, or if delivery cannot be completed, you will be charged an additional surcharge.

11.1. If you cancel your order, you will not be refunded the online transaction charges. You cannot cancel an order that has already been dispatched.

17.2. The Dubai Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute relating to the website or the services provided or products ordered through the website.
- We reserve our right to take appropriate action if you are suspected of acting fraudulently or if you file invalid and/or false claims or provide false, incomplete, or misleading information. You may be considered to be engaging in fraudulent activities if any of the following (without limitation) are met:
you don’t reply to the payment verification mail sent by us;
you fail to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification;
you misuse credentials not belonging to you;
you use invalid address, email and phone no;
you attempt to overuse a voucher code;
you refuse to pay for an order;
for COD items, you use fake currency notes to make the payment;
you abuse or harass the delivery staff;

your return, undeliverable rate is very high and often the returned products are missing, fake or damaged; or repeated request for monetary compensation.

We want you to be happy with any product you purchase from www.1herb.me and we have developed this refund and exchange policy to make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange product or to obtain a refund in the appropriate circumstances.
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
What is a defective product?
A product is defective if:
- a) It is not what you ordered;
- b) It is past its expiry date;
- c) It is spoiled; or
- d) It contains foreign bodies.
Can I return a defective product?
Yes, you may return a defective product. We will send you a replacement item or issue you a full refund.
How do I return a defective product?
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or on +971 52 826 6949, to let us know you have received a defective product and advise whether you wish to receive a replacement item or a refund. We will then arrange a courier to collect the defective item from you. You must return the item together with any promotional or free items that came with the item and all outer and inner packaging and labels that came with the item. Once we confirm that the item is defective, we will send you a replacement, or process a refund of both the item price and the delivery charges, whichever option you have chosen. Where your delivery was of more than one item, and you are keeping some of the items, you will be refunded a proportionate amount of the delivery charge. Processing of a refund or replacement may take up to 15 working days.
